Community Outreach Program
The Community Outreach Program allows The Jericho School to provide parents and other community members access to training and education training free of charge. The program increases parents knowledge, skills and abilities for working with children with autism; reducing inappropriate behaviors and developing language skills.
The Program includes a free 2-Day Workshop to provide parents and caregivers training in the best practices in working with children with autism. Education is provided on the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and how to use Verbal Behavior in Teaching Language to Children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities.

APRIL 13th and APRIL 14th, 2023, 9:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M
A free 2-day workshop for parents and service providers.
The workshop will be held at the UNF University Center, 12000 Alumni Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, 32224.
Parking is free. Lunch will be provided.
Participants will gain a greater awareness of Behavior Analysis as a Science of Learning.
Participants will acquire the understanding and application of the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. A focus will be on utilizing B.F. Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior to assist in the acquisition of language skills for children with developmental disabilities.
